The food was okay, nothing really special, but the whole place just felt a bit neglected. Our table was sticky, and the bathroom looked like no one had checked on it in hours. I hate making the effort to go out to eat and then feeling like I should’ve just saved my energy and stayed home.

I ordered online and most of the food was right, so I don’t want to make it sound like a huge disaster or anything. But they did forget one side and gave us the wrong sauce, which was kind of frustrating once we got home. I feel like that’s a reasonable thing to be annoyed about, right? The food itself was fine, I just wish they had double-checked the order a little better.

The food was a letdown. The burger was dry, and the fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while. I mean, how hard is it to serve fresh fries?

I was a little worried about finding parking, but it ended up being really easy and I got a spot close by. That definitely made me feel better right away. The food visit went smoothly too, so overall it was a hassle-free experience

After we got seated, it was like the staff just forgot about us. We sat there forever waiting on refills and had to wave someone down twice, which felt like such a waste of energy when you’re just trying to relax and eat. The food was fine, nothing terrible, but the service made the whole meal feel kind of frustrating.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by how fresh everything tasted. Overall, the food was good. The only downside was that the fries were a bit cold, but I still enjoyed the meal.

The whole experience started off on the wrong note. Parking was a mess, and finding the entrance was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It just gave a unwelcoming impression right away.

I tried getting in touch with management about an issue I was having, and it kind of felt like no one really wanted to take it on. I called and sent an email, but I never got what I’d call a clear answer, or at least not one that made me feel like it was being handled.

I’m not saying everything has to be fixed immediately, because I get that things take time. But a simple follow-up or some kind of update would’ve gone a long way. It just made the whole situation more frustrating than it probably needed to be

I was actually impressed with the flavor here. The steak was seasoned really well and definitely wasn’t bland, and the fries were solid too. It ended up being better than I expected. That said, it wasn’t perfect, I could see a few little things being improved, like maybe the fries being a bit crispier. Still, overall I enjoyed it and I’d eat here again...

The reservation process was a little confusing for me. I kind of expected to just click the obvious option and be done, but I had to stop and think through it for a bit. It worked out eventually, just took longer than I thought it would.

The kids had a great time running around, and we actually got to sit back and relax a bit, which was totally calm and not at all a rare miracle.

I liked the food and everything tasted Good, but it felt a bit pricey for what it was. Not a bad experience at all, just wish the overall cost was a little more reasonable.

I can’t say there weren’t plenty of options on the menu. There was a good variety, and it made it easy to find something I wanted.

I got the medium rare steak it just felt right. It had a good sear, was still nice and pink in the middle, and didn’t taste overly salty or anything. It did take a bit longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but once it showed up I was happy with it. The sides were kind of whatever, so I’d say 4 stars, but the steak itself left a really solid impression.

Stopped in for some food and drinks, and the bar service was the main letdown. We waited a long time before anyone even noticed us, and after we finally got drinks, they sat empty for a while. The bartender wasn’t mean or anything, just seemed like their mind was somewhere else. The food was actually alright. But wow, the bar part really dragged the whole visit down for us.

I went to Original Roadhouse Grill and the drinks were just kind of whatever, like not terrible, but not something I’d be excited to order again either. I got a margarita and it tasted a little weak to me, and I kept waiting for more flavor to come through but it just never really did.
My friend had a beer and said it was cold enough, so I guess that worked out fine. Service was okay too, nothing really wrong there, I just kept thinking the mixed drinks should be better for what they cost.

We went on a really busy night, so I thought we’d be stuck waiting forever. But the host was upfront and basically said, “It should be around 10 minutes,” and that was pretty much exactly right. I appreciated that they didn’t overpromise or leave us guessing. Once we sat down and ordered, the food came out quickly too. Overall it was just an easy, low-stress dinner with no annoying waiting around

We had dinner here and honestly, the food was really good. Nothing over the top to say, just a great, easy spot for a good meal.
